Looks like a new Tennis Court!
Recently completed resurfacing of Tennis Court at Kulim Club, Kedah.
Soft courts, grass courts and post-tensioned concrete courts, if well-constructed and well-maintained will need major repair or reconstruction only after many years of use. (The Tennis Facilities Construction and Maintenance Manual Book).
There are a few type of repair/resurfacing work for Sports Court including Cosmetic Resurfacing. Scope for Cosmetic resurfacing will involve cosmetic layer and patching works of the surface NOT involve with old sub-base.
